The Budget Office identifies the levels of institutional resources relative to current funds and provides the framework for defining University priorities.

Facilities Maintenance
Facilities Maintenance is responsible for the physical and environmental maintenance, renovations and major projects, upkeep and operations of buildings, roads, parking lots, lighting, sidewalks, and landscaping.

Fiscal Affairs

The Fiscal Affairs Department reports to the Vice President for Business and Finance. The respective departments and their principal responsibilities include Bursar Operation, Disbursements Processing, General Accounting, Employee Travel and miscellaneous expense reimbursement.

Information Technology (IT) provides computing and communications infrastructure, services, support, and innovation for SPSU's instructional and administrative programs.

The Procurement Office at Southern Polytechnic State University facilitates the procurement of goods and services at pricing and quality that meets or exceeds the end user's expectations.
